We collect vendor application and profile information, account email addresses, booking and work-order details, tool and site activity, email preferences, and subscription status. PayPal processes payment credentials; VendorNet receives subscription identifiers and status.

How we use information

We use information to review applications, publish approved profiles, authenticate accounts, deliver bookings and services, prevent abuse, communicate account status, honor email preferences, and operate and improve VendorNet.

Visibility and sharing

Pending applications are not public. Approved profiles publish selected business-facing fields. Owner contact details, private booking data, and internal review notes are not part of the public directory response. We may share data with infrastructure, email, analytics, and payment providers that help operate the service, or when legally required.

Retention and choices

We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Marketing email preferences can be changed through email links. Request access, correction, or deletion at [email protected].

Security and changes

We use access controls and secure sign-in links, but no online system is risk-free. Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
